SHIPPING

Domestic shipping within the United States:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2-7 business days
  • Overall Delivery Time: 3-10 business days

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7-12 business days.

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare and package your order, while shipping time is the period during which the carrier transports your order to your address.

Please note, for the purpose of calculating delivery timelines, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, please keep in mind that unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Viva Dare. If you’re not happy with your item, please review our return policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Please note that final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email assistance@vivadare.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS AND RESTOCKING FEES

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to process.
  • Restocking Fees: For items returned in used or damaged condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply, depending on the item’s condition upon inspection.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the desired item.
